  • Frequently Asked Questions
    • Do I need to be a member or have a member sponsor me to host an event at Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club?
      No, our event spaces are available to non-members and a member sponsor is not required.

      How early can I get into the Bridal Suite and Man Cave?
      Your Bridal Suite and the Man Cave can be ready as early as 6am to start your wedding glam! We include in the package the three hours prior to the start of your event. You may begin earlier and can even include a food package; please speak to your sales manager for options. You will have access to these rooms until the end of your reception time.

      Can I have an after-party?
      You are more than welcome to host an after-party when booked in advance. Your sales manager will provide you with availability, pricing, and menu options.

      Can your staff assist with decor?
      Our team is available to assist with setting decor items such as escort cards, memorial frames, card boxes, etc. Any elaborate displays, floral arrangements, photo booths, must be assembled and placed by a florist or hired vendor.

      Do I pay in full upfront or is there a payment schedule?
      You will pay an initial deposit, and the balance is a structured payment plan starting nine months out from your wedding.
