If this is your first visit, we have given you a username and password already. For added security, we recommend you choose a new password after logging in.

USERNAME: Add a Zero (0) to the beginning of your member # (ie: 0999). Spouses add a dash One (-1) to the end of this number (ie: 0999-1).

PASSWORD: Initially your last name, unless you change it.

Examples
1. Primary member name is Tiger Woods and member # is 999

User name : 0999 - spouse would use 0999-1
Password: Woods
