Rules of Member Service

At the foundation of our service philosophy lay these simple guiding principles.  It is this mentality that allows us to treat our members and guests famously.

  • Treat every member as if they sign your paycheck, because they do.
  • Members may forget what you said, but they’ll never forget how you made them feel.
  • If you don’t take care of our members, another club will.
  • Always promise action & over deliver.
  • Never tell members what you can’t do for them, instead, tell them what you can do for them.
  • A happy member will tell two people about you, an unhappy member will tell twenty.
  • You ARE the club to the member.
  • Everyone’s job description includes doing whatever it takes to make the member happy.
  • Don’t tell the members “I don’t know”, instead tell them “I’ll find out for you”.
  • Members may not always be right, but they must always win.
